Junior Front of House Manager | Full-time

The role |

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development, own your shifts to drive performance, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach team members on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labor and rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
