Team Coordinator for Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy

Team Coordinator - Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy

Location: UK (either Uxbridge or London based)

Working for the Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Strategy (and Chair of GB pension scheme) to provide team coordination alongside administrative support.

What to expect

Involvement in activities such as:

  • Investor Relations event and corporate access support: Coordinating with external banks for investor roadshows, conferences, managing investor relations events, supporting website updates, and maintaining contact management systems.
  • Corporate strategy support: Assisting with strategy board events and presentation formatting.
  • Team support: Scheduling meetings, onboarding new colleagues, and improving team processes.
  • Pensions support: Liaising with pension scheme advisers and tracking quarterly minutes.
  • Diary management: Coordinating the VP's calendar, arranging meetings, and managing travel and visitor logistics.
  • Invoicing and expenses: Managing invoices, liaising with suppliers, and supporting expense submissions.
  • Additional initiatives: Supporting company-wide meetings and other projects as needed.
What we're looking for
  • Experience as an executive or personal assistant and in project management.
  • Office or corporate administrative experience.
  • Pragmatic approach and can-do attitude.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
