How you can help people and organizations work better together:

Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate ideally has proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers. Experience in a combination of CPG, Retail, and related Professional Services, with a history of using data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth, is preferred. Sales and client management experience in services industries is also advantageous.

As part of this role, you will:
  • Build strong business relationships with our CPG clients, ensuring they gain value and insights from our work and advocating for Advantage.
  • Achieve sales and profit goals within your client portfolio and meet new business development targets.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and processes, including financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts for global and local investments.
  • Work across relevant functions of both our and the client’s business to meet client needs and develop service and product proposals.
  • Exercise strong business acumen and negotiation skills to reach win-win agreements with clients.
  • Provide leadership and support to Market leaders in developing and nurturing collaboration with global clients at the country level.
  • Enhance the Advantage brand within the FMCG community through keynote presentations, conference participation, white papers, published articles, and similar activities.
Where You’ll be Located:

The candidate should ideally be based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, or Germany preferred). This role is remote (home-office based).

Expectations on travel may include:

  1. Visiting client offices for presentations and meetings (mainly in the second half of the year).
  2. Occasionally traveling to Toronto Office.
  3. Attending relevant conferences or industry events.

  • Ability to foster strong inter-departmental communication advocating for clients.
  • Good listening skills, with a focus on understanding client needs.
  • A strong sense of urgency.
