AxiaMetrics is currently supporting an IT company that provides a comprehensive and fully integrated suite of web-based software - "Software as a Service" (SaaS) to Property Management companies and Managing Agents.

THE ROLE:

The company is looking for a Full Stack Software Developer who will work across the business to develop software solutions, support the existing web system, and assist with its ongoing development. This role requires technical knowledge, coding ability, and practical business experience to support the company’s growth plans.

The role is primarily based working from home.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Collaborate with Product Managers and the CTO to develop and write applications aligned with the business strategy.
• Design, code, test, and deploy solutions, including database SQL and application design.
• Provide technical consulting expertise as required.
• Develop and maintain full stack features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with product managers and other developers.
• Contribute to improvements in DevOps, CI/CD, and containerized workflows.
• Assist in mobile app development as cross-platform support expands.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience coding, testing, and implementing SaaS highly available, scalable, secure, and multi-tenant applications, including experience with design process and project management.
• Experience with PHP, especially CodeIgniter and Slim frameworks.
• Strong understanding of MySQL and database optimization.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for responsive UI design.
• Familiarity with GitLab and Docker.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code practices.

Strong understanding of the following TECH STACK

• Infrastructure: Infrastructure as Code solutions (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
