Job summary

A dynamic technology solutions company in West Midlands is looking for an organized Team Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Board. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, be proficient in Microsoft O365, and excel in managing multiple priorities.   • Managing inboxes and handling email correspondence.
  • Calendar and diary management for senior leaders.
  • Preparing professional correspondence and documentation.
  • Handling incoming calls and messages.
  • Attending and supporting team meetings.
  • Processing director’s expense claims.
  • Reconciling credit card statements.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Assisting with internal and external events.

Team Assistant

We’re looking for a Team Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to our Executive Assistant team, including the Executive Board of Directors, while also taking ownership of several key business areas independently. Key Responsibilities
  • Managing inboxes and handling email correspondence

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a strong administrative background, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Experience & Knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or team assistant role
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
  • Experience in diary management and office administration
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
