Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Team Administrator to join the South East Community Rehabilitation Team at Samuel Johnson Community Hospital, Lichfield. You will provide efficient administrative support to the clinical team and help ensure timely, well-coordinated care for patients.

The role involves handling calls, managing referrals, scheduling appointments, producing routine correspondence and supporting meetings within a busy multidisciplinary team.

  • Managing telephone calls, messages and general enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Registering referrals and maintaining accurate patient records on clinical system.
  • Booking, cancelling and amending appointments in line with service procedures.
  • Producing routine correspondence using standard templates.
  • Supporting meeting arrangements and general office administration.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and accurate data entry at all times.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a vital service, ensuring patients receive timely and well-coordinated care.

We are looking for a motivated Team Administrator to join our South East Community Rehabilitation Team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). You will support a busy multidisciplinary team delivering community-based rehabilitation services, based at Samuel Johnson Community Hospital, Lichfield.

Experience within a healthcare setting and knowledge of NHS systems would be an advantage but not essential.
