Job Title: Team Administrator

Group: Property

Location: Birmingham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm

Type: Fully office-based role

Purpose of the Role

To provide proactive and professional support to the Property group, delivering services in a manner that aligns with the Firm’s competitive environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, collaborating with lawyers and business operations to meet the team’s needs, which may include support to multiple business units.

Candidate Overview

We seek candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Maintaining both paper and email filing systems, ensuring files are up-to-date, and managing archiving and retrieval.
  • Assisting team members with overflow work.
  • Preparing information for meetings, including agendas and itineraries.
  • Taking and relaying messages promptly, especially for lawyers and clients.
  • Managing electronic schedules, arranging meetings, and liaising with reception for room bookings and hospitality.
  • Updating client contact databases.
  • Supporting Legal PAs and Business Development with marketing materials and seminar contacts.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Answering calls professionally and handling enquiries.
  • Representing the firm’s first impression to clients and visitors.
