This role is 37.5 hours a week,Mon-Fri 9-5. Processes are in place tosupport flexible working requests.

In this important role you'll use your knowledge, experience& expertise to provide essential support to our hard-working Clinical Teamas well as the other members of the vital administration team

You will be a strong communicator supporting a widerange of people including patients & healthcare professionals. You will beresponsive & adapt to the needs of the service, and be sure that your hardwork will make a difference to our patients & service users every day

Main duties of the job

A typicalday as an Administrator may involve:

  • Maintainingpatient records effectively and accurately

  • Handlingcorrespondence ingoing/outgoing mail
  • Handlingqueries over the phone and face to face from staff, patients, and externalagencies
  • Lookingafter a shared email inbox
  • Assistingthe team with various administrative tasks

Qualifications
