A specialist SEMH and SEN school in Farnborough is seeking a dedicated learning Support Assistant to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This role involves providing consistent, individual support to help the pupil remain engaged with learning, manage emotions, and build confidence within the classroom environment. The school offers a structured and nurturing setting, with small classes of around six pupils and strong LSA support, enabling staff to provide personalised support.
The provision operates across two buildings within walking distance of each other, supporting pupils aged 4-16 with a range of SEMH and SEN needs.
A Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service is required, or applicants must be willing to obtain one.
