Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Redhill, Surrey, is seeking dedicated staff to support SEN schools for ages 5–18, across Redhill and surrounding areas. Roles include Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, and HLTA, with flexible long-term, short-term, and permanent contracts.

Join Our Team Supporting SEN Schools in REDHILL, SURREY!

Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our teams supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across:
REDHILL, SURREY

We are currently recruiting for:
  • Teaching Assistants (TA)
  • Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)

Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed
Contract: Flexible roles - long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available

You will be working in warm, welcoming and supportive specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5-18 with a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
  • Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
  • ADHD and associated behavioural needs
  • Sensory processing difficulties

Each school provides a nurturing, structured environment where students are supported to thrive both academically and personally. Staff work closely with therapists, behaviour specialists, and families to most effective provide holistic support.

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:

  • Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient
  • Flexible and able to adapt to different learning and behavioural needs
  • (For Teachers/HLTAs) Qualified or unqualified – experience in SEN or education is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
