Job summary

Wyke Regis Federation in Weymouth (Dorset) is seeking a flexible and motivated Teaching Assistant to support class teachers, promote high standards of engagement and behaviour, and assist with SEN and 1:1 pupil support. We are seeking a flexible, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team of excellent Teaching Assistants. We are looking for a highly motivated team member with the skills and experience necessary to support and assist the class teachers in promoting high standards of engagement and behaviour, as well as engaging in SEN support for individual pupils.

The contract is initially for a permanent position for 25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours, term time only.

The ideal candidate will be resilient and flexible, with a passion for supporting all children's needs either in a mainstream classroom environment or on an individual basis.
