Job summary

Whitesheet C of E Primary Academy in a friendly village setting is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join the team for 30 hours per week, term-time only, on a fixed-term contract until 31/08/2027. You will support pupils in and out of the classroom, helping them feel confident and motivated to learn.

This role requires a caring, patient approach, excellent communication, and the ability to work well within a team while promoting the school’s Christian values and inclusive ethos.

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated, friendly team for 30 hours a week (term-time only on a fixed term contract until 31/8/2027).

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils both in and out of the classroom. You will help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment where children feel confident, happy, and motivated to succeed.
