Job summary

Wyke Regis Federation in Weymouth (Dorset) is seeking a flexible and motivated Teaching Assistant to support class teachers, promote high standards of engagement and behaviour, and assist with SEN and 1:1 pupil support. The role is a permanent position for 25 hours per week, term time only, with potential for additional hours.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN.
• Ability to promote positive behaviour and engagement in class.
• Support for individual pupils as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Assist with SEN and 1:1 pupil support where required.
• Provide classroom support and contribute to a positive learning environment.
