Job summary

Wyke Regis Primary Federation is seeking a flexible, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support class teachers and assist with SEN needs. The role is 27.5 hours per week, term-time, with potential for additional hours, and is paid pro rata.

The successful candidate will help promote high engagement and good behaviour, work with individual pupils as needed, and be part of a supportive teaching team. Visits are welcomed via school office.

Responsibilities

• Support class teachers in promoting high standards of engagement and behaviour.
• Engage in SEN support for individual pupils.
• Provide classroom assistance and 1:1 support where needed.
