Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Blandford Forum is seeking a dedicated Supply Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision from October half term on a full-time basis.

You will provide classroom support to pupils with SEND, deliver targeted interventions and small group activities, and assist with behaviour management and individual education plans. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote inclusion, confidence, and progress.

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Supply Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in Blandford Forum from October half term on a full-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and is ready to make an immediate impact.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a key part in helping pupils access learning while promoting positive behaviour, engagement, confidence, and independence. You will work alongside teaching staff, therapists, and support teams to ensure every learner receives the guidance they need to flourish.
