Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a well-established secondary school in Bridport, starting September 2026. This full-time, long-term role involves supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, working closely with teachers to provide targeted learning support.
The successful candidate will help foster a calm, inclusive classroom and build strong relationships with students and staff, contributing to the school ethos and wider student development.

Experience within a school environment would be beneficial, but candidates from backgrounds such as childcare, youth work, mentoring, sports coaching or support work are also encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
