Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Blandford Forum is seeking a dedicated Supply Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision from October half term on a full-time basis.

You will provide classroom support to pupils with SEND, deliver targeted interventions and small group activities, and assist with behaviour management and individual education plans. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote inclusion, confidence, and progress.

• Experience in education, SEND settings, care, youth work, or similar environments.
• Ability to hit the ground running in a classroom.
