Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in welcoming local schools in Sutton and surrounding areas.

You will work one-to-one and in small groups, help build confidence, regulate emotions, and adapt activities to individual learning needs, collaborating with teachers and SENCOs.

Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities with weekly PAYE pay, access to CPD Academy, and a dedicated consultant to support your development.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting children with SEND or transferable experience from care/youth work is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to adapt activities to meet individual learning needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Experience supporting children with SEND, or transferable experience from care, youth work, health, or community settings is desirable but not essential
