Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Leeds with a flexible, ongoing placement. You will work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons, support students individually and in small groups, and help create an inclusive classroom that fosters confidence and participation.

This role welcomes experienced TAs, graduates, or individuals new to education, with opportunities across full-time, part-time, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people in educational, childcare, coaching or support settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, patient and proactive approach.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers to support pupils' learning, build confidence, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
