Job summary

Hall Green Junior School in Birmingham is seeking a suitably qualified Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs across Key Stage 2. The role is linked to High Needs Funding and will cease if funding ends or the child leaves the school.

You will need a calm, patient approach, be understanding and flexible to the pupils' needs throughout the school day. You will assist in day-to-day preparation, organisation and delivery of learning under the supervision of the class

Qualifications

• Qualified Teaching Assistant with SEN experience.
• Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
• Ability to work under supervision of a teacher or SENDCo.
