Job summary

Edgewood Primary and Nursery School is seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team, in a two-day-a-week job-share arrangement.

The successful candidate will support children with a range of special educational needs, work within a class team, and adapt planned curriculum to meet individual needs. A safeguarding DBS check will be required in line with KCSIE; there may be opportunities for additional hours subject to funding.

Edgewood PrimarySchool is looking to appoint a highly skilled part-time Teaching Assistant tojoin our dedicated team.

This role willbe working with children with special educational needs and supporting within ateam of classes in our school (Key stage to be determined).

The successfulcandidate should have a clear understanding of supporting children with a rangeof special educational needs. This is apermanent post for two days a week working as a job share. There may be an opportunity for additionalhours subject to funding.
