E-ACT The Oldham Academy North is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning for individuals and small groups. The role focuses on promoting social, emotional, and academic development, and assisting with individual education and behaviour plans.

You will work closely with teachers to create a safe and inclusive learning environment, contributing to positive pupil outcomes within a 32.5 hour/week, 39 weeks/year schedule.

Qualificações

  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
  • TA2 qualification or relevant experience supporting children in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of how children learn and the ability to motivate and engage pupils.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use ICT to support learning

Pay range: £20,098.78 - £20,740.77 - FTE: £26,016.00 - £26,847.00 - SCP4-6 - 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
