Job summary

Emerson Park Academy in Havering (London Borough) is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND, ADHD, Autism and SEMH. You will help implement work programmes, lead targeted interventions and differentiate tasks in partnership with class teachers.

The role is 36 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with a pro rata salary of £25,398 - £25,760. An induction programme and CPD (including HLTA) are provided.

Teaching Assistant (Class based SEND Provision) Required: November 2026 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday) x 39 weeks per year Grade: GLWC Scale 2 Points 3- 4 £25,398 - £25,760 (pro rata) We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team to assist with the progress and development of our pupils with the focus on SEND, ADHD, Autism and SEMH. As such, there will be a focus on supporting the implementation of work programmes for individuals/groups, including leading on targeted interventions. We ask that interested applicants are:
