St Josephs in England is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our small, nurturing school on a part-time, term-time basis. You will provide high-quality support for children with SEND, helping them access learning with confidence.
The role offers flexibility to support after-school club provisions and requires excellent communication, literacy and numeracy, along with patience and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our warm and dedicated team. Our school is currently entering an exciting phase of growth and expansion, and this is a wonderful opportunity to join us at a time of positive development and ambition. We are proud to be a small, nurturing and inclusive school where children are genuinely known as individuals, relationships matter, and every member of staff has the opportunity to make a real difference. The successful candidate will work primarily to provide high-quality support for children with SEND, including pupils who may have complex learning, communication, emotional, sensory or regulation needs. We are looking for someone who sees the potential in every child and understands that effective support should build confidence, independence and successful access to learning. Alongside the Teaching Assistant role, we would ideally like the successful candidate to have the flexibility to support and deliver after-school club provision, helping us to further develop the opportunities available to our children and families as our school continues to grow. The role is part-time and term-time only, working 30 hours per week. This is a permanment position pending a successful probationary period.
