Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting for an outstanding Primary School in Mountain Ash. You will work as a Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs in a 1:1 capacity, providing a steady, nurturing learning environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 2 TA qualification, has ALN experience, and demonstrates strong classroom management. Competitive hourly rates (£14.25) and on-site full-time hours are available.

The Primary School are looking to take on a driven Teaching Assistant / TA to work in their ASD class supporting children in their learning on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidate will need to be resilient and have a passion for creating valued relationships with both the staff and pupils they work with.

The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will have:

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification
• Experience working one to one with pupils with Additional Learning Needs / ALN
• TEAM teach qualified is a preference but not required
• Excellent classroom management
