TeacherActive is working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Caerphilly to appoint a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant. The role focuses on supporting children in a nursery class, including pupils with ALN, and delivering tailored activities while assisting with personal care where needed.

Position is full-time and long-term, starting in October, with PAYE payroll, and a supportive team of consultants. Salary ranges from £85.50 to £95 per day with on-site working in CF83.

Formación

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification required.
• Experience in Early Years or Nursery setting preferred.
• Experience supporting children with ALN and personal care responsibilities.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant from October on a long-term basis. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will be supporting children within the nursery class, working closely with pupils with ALN, providing tailored support, assisting with learning activities and carrying out aspects of personal care where required.

The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working within an Early Years or Nursery setting
• Experience supporting children with ALN
• A caring and compassionate approach, including assisting with personal care
• Good knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Phase
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
