Envision Education is seeking a patient Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly special school for primary pupils aged 5-11 with SEMH needs. You will provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support, assist teachers with learning activities and resources.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 TA qualification, have experience with SEN/SEMH, and are committed to safeguarding. Strong English and Maths basics and the ability to build positive relationships are essential; DBS Update Service or

Qualificações

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience supporting children with SEN, SEMH or challenging behaviour.
• Patient, nurturing and adaptable with strong relationship-building and behaviour-management skills.
• Has good basic English and Maths and can support classroom learning.
• Available five days per week and hold an enhanced DBS on Update Service or willing to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, social skills and independence.
• Use positive behaviour-management strategies to maintain a calm, structured and nurturing learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils' progress and wellbeing while maintaining high safeguarding standards.

We are looking for a patient, nurturing and adaptable Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive special school for primary-aged pupils aged 5-11 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
