Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd. is seeking Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in the Heathfield and Hailsham area. This full-time, long-term role offers the chance to work with both primary and secondary students in a nurturing environment with small class sizes.

Join a dedicated team of therapists and teachers to help children overcome barriers to learning. DBS checks and UK work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Right to work in the UK.

We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join specialist SEMH schools in the Heathfield and Hailsham area, supporting both primary and secondary-aged pupils. This is a full-time, long-term role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers and therapeutic staff to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support.
  • Supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
