Job summary

Tupton Hall School, part of Redhill Academy Trust, invites applications for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special education needs and help them make good progress in lessons.

You will work with the SENDCO and subject teachers to adapt teaching resources for individual profiles, and you will provide support to students, parents, teachers and the school to create a nurturing learning environment.

• The successful candidate will assist classroom teachers to ensure that students with special education needs make good progress and participate in lessons.
• They will work with the SENDCO and subject teachers to adjust teaching and resources in line with individual student profiles, helping prepare resources as necessary.
• You'll provide support for students, parents, teachers and the school to establish a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
