Job summary

Redhill Academy Trust is seeking a Teaching Assistant for Palterton Primary School. The role is on the Redhill Pay Scale Band 7 (Scale Point 32–36), 32.5 hours per week, full time, fixed term and term-time only.

The successful candidate will support learning, work within an inclusive classroom, and contribute to safeguarding and welfare of children. The post offers opportunities for professional development via the Redhill Teaching Hub and a personalised appraisal scheme, with a supportive team
