Job summary

Vision For Education Ltd. are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support both supply and long-term cover across primary schools in Northumberland. You will work across EYFS to KS2, providing general support and targeted interventions to pupils working below expectations.

The role runs October 2026 to July 2027, with PAYE payroll and access to CPD and pension contributions. A Level 2 Teaching Qualification or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Have experience of working across EYFS-KS2.
• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Qualification or above.
• Have an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Have an ability to offer differentiated learning and support pupils with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Provide general classroom support and run small intervention groups.
• Assist across EYFS-KS2 to support pupils below the expected level.
• Differentiate learning and support pupils with SEND.
