Job summary

Vison for Education are partnering with a Northumberland trust to recruit a Teaching Assistant, supporting both supply and long-term cover across primary schools. You will work across EYFS–KS2, providing general support and running small intervention groups for pupils working below expected levels.

The post runs from October 2026 to July 2027 and offers excellent PAYE rates, CPD, pension contributions, and access to a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

• Experience of working across EYFS-KS2.
• Holds a Level 2 Teaching Qualification or above.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to offer differentiated learning and support pupils with SEND.
