Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a Year 3 Teaching Assistant (Level 2 minimum) to join a two-form entry primary school in Eaglescliffe. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday during school hours, supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils reach their potential.

Starting October 2026 and running to April 2027, salary is dependent on experience and qualifications; the candidate will hold Level 2 TA qualification and have KS2 experience, with Year 3

Qualifications

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification is required.

Year 3 Teaching Assistant (Level 2 Minimum) - Full Time - October 2026 - April 2027
Eaglescliffe- £92.56 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply team and work within a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Billingham.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday during school hours. The successful candidate will work as a general Teaching Assistant within a Year 3 classroom, supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging learning opportunities and helping pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

The role will commence in October 2026 and continue until April 2027.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification. Previous experience supporting pupils within Key Stage 2, particularly Year 3, would be advantageous.

The Role

Working as part of a supportive and experienced staff team, the desired Year 3 Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality support across the classroom.
