Long Term Futures is seeking a Year 2 Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in the Washwood Heath area of Birmingham. The role is full-time, long-term temporary, starting September 2026, supporting Year 2 pupils with reading, writing and maths.
The role offers daily pay of £110–£120, with responsibilities including phonics, targeted interventions, and supporting pupils with varied learning needs; you'll work within a busy KS1 team, promoting confidence and good behaviour.

Long Term Futures is looking for an enthusiastic Year 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Washwood Heath area of Birmingham.
Starting at the end of September, this is a consistent, full-time position for the remainder of the academic year. You’ll join a busy KS1 team, supporting children with different starting points and helping pupils develop confidence in reading, writing and maths.
