Intelix.AI in London is seeking a Talent Technology Lead to own Talent, Learning, Performance and Skills systems. You will assess the current estate, lead vendor selection, and drive the implementation through cutover and adoption.

This techno-functional role requires deep knowledge of Workday Talent/Learning, Cornerstone and SAP SuccessFactors, plus data migration, integration patterns and HR systems architecture. Hybrid work, with a strong base and bonus makes it attractive.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of the talent-technology market and platforms.
• Experience taking a talent/learning or performance platform from selection to live.
• Techno-functional: reads architecture, discusses integration patterns and HR calendars.
• Led cross-functional delivery teams; scaled-agile exposure useful.

Responsabilidades

• Own the talent systems assessment and recommendations.
• Own the selection and implementation through cutover and adoption.
• Own the delivery backlog and quarterly plan.
• Manage relationships with Talent, Learning and Performance leadership.
