Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Talent Principal Consultant to lead the design, configuration and delivery of Workday Talent solutions for clients in the UK. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding Talent Management projects, while driving successful implementations and providing strategic delivery leadership.

Responsibilities include leading Talent workstreams, owning end-to-end design and deployment, mentoring teams, supporting pre-sales, and contributing to practice development.

Qualifications

• Active Workday Talent Certification required.
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Eligible for UK work rights (UK resident last 5 years).
• Willing to travel on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent workstreams on end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Own design, configuration, testing and deployment of Talent solutions.
• Mentor consultants and analysts, providing coaching and reviews.
• Support pre-sales activities and client demonstrations.
• Contribute to practice development and knowledge sharing.
