Genixbit is seeking a Talent Operations & HR Tech Lead to drive global talent acquisition, onboarding workflows, HRIS management, and retention strategies while shaping the company culture. You will lead recruitment for senior engineering, AI research, and sales, oversee ATS and compliance, design onboarding and performance review cycles, and partner with executives to translate data into people strategy.

Qualifications
