Pin Point Recruitment in Wallington is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. You will work with Recruitment Consultants to find and engage candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies.

You will source candidates from job boards, our internal database, referrals and social media; conduct telephone screenings and interviews; register new candidates and maintain records; support onboarding and update the CRM. This is a fast-paced role offering training and development.

Qualifications

• Confident communicating over the phone and face-to-face.
• Friendly, professional and comfortable speaking with different people.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proactive and willing to pick up the phone and engage with candidates.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Motivated by targets and achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, our internal database, referrals and social media
• Advertising vacancies and responding to applications
• Conducting telephone screening and candidate interviews
• Registering new candidates and maintaining accurate records
• Completing candidate checks and supporting the onboarding process
• Building and maintaining a strong pool of available workers
• Keeping in regular contact with candidates regarding availability and assignments
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with day-to-day recruitment activity
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system
