Pin Point Recruitment in Wallington is seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer for a full-time permanent role. The position offers a competitive salary and the chance to develop a career in recruitment.

You'll work closely with Recruitment Consultants to find and engage candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies, sourcing via job boards, our database, referrals and social media, while maintaining accurate records and a strong candidate pool.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is advantageous.
• Full training will be provided for the right person.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, internal database, referrals and social media
• Advertising vacancies and responding to applications
• Conducting telephone screening and candidate interviews
• Registering new candidates and maintaining accurate records
• Completing candidate checks and supporting onboarding
• Building and maintaining a pool of available workers
• Keeping in regular contact with candidates regarding availability and assignments
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with day-to-day recruitment activity
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system

Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Wallington

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £15.00 per hour | 40 hours per week

Pin Point Recruitment is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Wallington.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop a career within recruitment.

The Role

Working alongside our Recruitment Consultants, you’ll play a key role in finding and engaging suitable candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent vacancies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, our internal database, referrals and social media
• Advertising vacancies and responding to applications
• Conducting telephone screening and candidate interviews
• Registering new candidates and maintaining accurate records
• Completing candidate checks and supporting the onboarding process
• Building and maintaining a strong pool of available workers
• Keeping in regular contact with candidates regarding availability and assignments
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with day-to-day recruitment activity
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system

Previous recruitment or resourcing experience would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person.
