Job summary

Pin Point Recruitment in Gateshead is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer on a temporary contract to support a national distribution client during the Christmas peak. You will engage with potential candidates about active vacancies and perform admin tasks using MS Office and an in-house CRM.

Responsibilities include interviewing prospective applicants, advertising roles, maintaining data accuracy, and providing information and support throughout ongoing placements.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to act on your own initiative.
• Previous recruitment experience is required.
• Experience in high-volume calls is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contacting potential candidates and informing them about active vacancies.
• Administrative support using Microsoft Office and in-house CRM.
• Interviewing prospective applicants and liaising with staff following procedures.
• Advertising for positions and suitable candidates.
• Provide candidates with information, advice and support for ongoing roles.
• Update data on in-house databases.
