Zusammenfassung

MVF is expanding its Talent Team and is seeking a Talent Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract to lead end-to-end recruitment across Tech and Marketing. You will partner with hiring managers to manage busy pipelines and deliver timely shortlists.

You will use Teamtailor and AI-assisted search tools to draft ads, build sourcing strategies, and summarize interview notes, while keeping a high-touch candidate experience. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end recruitment experience across tech and marketing.
• Strong stakeholder management and partner to hiring managers.
• Experience using Teamtailor or similar ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech & Marketing roles.
• Run briefings with hiring managers to align requirements and timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain clean data in ATS.
• Use AI tools to draft ads, build sourcing searches and summarize notes while keeping candidate experience human.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and promote MVF as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with the Talent Team to hit hiring goals.
