Job summary

Plentific is seeking an energetic Talent Partner for a 6-month FTC to own end-to-end recruitment across operations, commercial, and tech. You will partner with senior stakeholders, advise on hiring decisions, and drive a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-growing technology environment.

The role covers multiple seniority levels and requires strong sourcing, briefing, and assessment capabilities to support rapid growth while maintaining quality and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for senior, technical, and commercial roles in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment.
• Strong assessment quality, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Ability to operate at pace with high-quality output.
• Consultative mindset with ability to challenge and advise.
• Proactive sourcing including headhunting and market mapping.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition and full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles (tech, product, commercial, operations).
• Lead briefing sessions, define role requirements and success profiles.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience from engagement to onboarding.
• Coach hiring managers on interview practice and assessment techniques.
• Collaborate with Senior leadership and drive cross-functional People initiatives.
