Job summary

MVF Global Ltd is recruiting a Talent Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract to manage end-to-end recruitment across Tech and Marketing teams as MVF scales its hiring plans. The role partners with hiring managers and the Talent Team to handle a busy workload, flexibly adapting to changing priorities.

You will own the candidate journey, use Teamtailor for pipelines and data management, and leverage AI tools to draft ads and source candidates while keeping the candidate experience human.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Tech & Marketing roles.
• Proven direct-sourcing to minimise agency usage.
• Strong stakeholder management and advising hiring managers.
• Familiarity with Teamtailor or another ATS.
• Interest in using AI to improve recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech & Marketing roles.
• Run role briefing meetings with hiring managers to align requirements and timelines.
• Manage candidates and pipelines in Teamtailor, keep data clean and reports accurate.
• Use AI tools to draft job ads, build sourcing searches and summarise interview notes while maintaining a human candidate experience.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and promote MVF as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with the wider Talent Team to hit hiring goals.
