Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 6-month fixed term contract. You will lead recruitment campaigns across a diverse range of roles, sourcing candidates, building pipelines and delivering a positive candidate experience while helping shape a data-driven TA function.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience in-house or Talent Acquisition.
• Skilled in sourcing, candidate attraction and building talent pipelines.
• Confident stakeholder manager with strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable in recruitment best practice, compliance and ATS platforms.
• Data-driven, commercially aware and focused on delivering a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality talent.
• Create engaging recruitment campaigns, source candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews and manage offers and onboarding to deliver a seamless recruitment process.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insights, hiring advice and regular updates to stakeholders.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear communication, professionalism and an inclusive approach.
• Support Talent Acquisition projects, employer branding activity, recruitment events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use recruitment data and insights to help drive service excellence and informed decision-making.
