Sixteenth, part of Whalar Group, is a leading global creator talent management company based in London. We seek a Talent Manager/Senior Talent Manager to grow and represent a roster of creators, shaping their commercial strategy and partnerships.

You’ll drive opportunities by pitching brands, building relationships across agencies, and guiding creators with strategic career development in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management or related field such as influencer partnerships, digital advertising, PR, or creator marketing.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and how creators, platforms, brands, and audiences connect.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of generating new business and partnerships.
• Balance business instincts with creativity—spotting opportunities that make sense strategically and culturally.
• Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a roster of creators, guiding their commercial strategy and partnerships.
• Identifying, pitching, and negotiating brand partnerships that drive revenue.
• Building relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to unlock opportunities.
• Acting as a strategic advisor for career development, brand positioning, and growth.
• Supporting the Talent Director to expand roster by identifying emerging creators with strong cultural relevance.
• Leading negotiations and overseeing the delivery of campaigns from pitch through execution.
• Mentoring junior team members and developing a Talent Manager.
• Contributing to training and roster growth across the division.
