Zusammenfassung

Sixteenth, part of Whalar Group, is looking for a Talent Manager/Senior Talent Manager to represent and grow a roster of creators. Based in London with hybrid work from Farringdon, you will shape talent brands, spot commercial opportunities, and build strong industry relationships.

You’ll lead negotiations, secure brand partnerships, advise on career development, and collaborate with the Talent Director to expand the roster while nurturing a culture of good influence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in talent management or influencer partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and brand collaborations.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of securing partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow a roster of creators and shape their commercial strategy.
• Identify, pitch, and negotiate brand partnerships aligned with creators’ voice.
• Build relationships with brands, agencies and partners to unlock opportunities.
• Advise creators on career development, brand positioning, and growth.
• Collaborate with Talent Director to identify emerging creators.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to roster expansion.
