Sixteenth is seeking a Talent Manager/Senior Talent Manager to represent and grow a roster of Creators, shaping their professional brand and commercial strategy.

You will identify opportunities, build industry relationships, and secure partnerships that drive meaningful growth for both creators and brands, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with the Talent Director to expand the roster.

Qualifications

• Experience working in talent management or related fields such as influencer partnerships, digital advertising, PR, or creator marketing.
• Ability to balance business instincts with creativity—spotting opportunities that make sense strategically and culturally.
• Experience leading or mentoring others, with an interest in developing junior team members.
• A proactive, proactive self-starter who can build a strong professional network.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a roster of creators, guiding their commercial strategy and partnerships.
• Identify, pitch, and negotiate brand partnerships that drive revenue and meaningful collaborations.
• Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to unlock opportunities for creators.
• Advise creators on career development, brand positioning, and commercial growth.
• Collaborate with the Talent Director to expand the roster by spotting emerging creators with market potential.
• Lead negotiations and oversee campaign delivery from pitch to execution.
• Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to roster growth.
• Contribute to team training, structure, and broader roster expansion.
