Sixteenth Ltd., part of Whalar Group, is seeking a Talent Manager/Senior Talent Manager to represent and grow a roster of Creators, shaping their professional brand and commercial strategy. You will identify opportunities, build industry relationships, and secure partnerships that drive growth for creators and brands.

You’ll expand commercial opportunities, strengthen Sixteenth’s position in the creator economy, and join the home of “good influence” as part of a leading global talent management

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management or influencer partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and connections between creators, brands and audiences.
• Commercial mindset with track record in securing partnerships.
• Ability to balance business sense with creativity and cultural relevance.
• Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a roster of creators and guide their commercial strategy.
• Identify, pitch, and negotiate brand partnerships that drive revenue.
• Build relationships across brands, agencies, and partners to unlock opportunities.
• Act as strategic advisor to creators for career development and growth.
• Collaborate with the Talent Director to onboard emerging creators with cultural relevance.
• Lead negotiations and oversee campaigns from pitch to execution.
• Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to roster growth.
