Sixteenth, part of Whalar Group, is seeking a Talent Manager/Senior Talent Manager to grow a roster of creators and drive commercial opportunities. You’ll shape talent brands and secure partnerships that align with creators' voice and ambitions.

Based in London’s Farringdon, this hybrid role involves mentoring, scaling the roster, and expanding partnerships across brands. We value proactive, collaborative leaders who love the creator economy and culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in talent management or related field such as influencer partnerships, digital advertising, PR, or creator marketing.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and how creators, platforms, brands, and audiences connect.
• Commercially driven with a track record of generating new business and securing partnerships.
• Ability to balance business instincts with creativity and strategic thinking.

• Manage and grow a roster of creators, guiding commercial strategy and partnerships.
• Identify, pitch, and negotiate brand partnerships that align with voice and audience.
• Build relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to unlock opportunities.
• Advise creators on career development, branding, and commercial growth.
• Support roster expansion by identifying emerging creators with cultural relevance.
• Lead negotiations and oversee delivery of campaigns from pitch to execution.
