Sixteenth, part of Whalar Group, is seeking a Junior Talent Manager to support emerging Creator talent and help shape the Creator Incubator Programme. You’ll nurture relationships, onboard incubator creators, and collaborate with the Talent Director to build a pipeline of category-leading talent.

• 2–3 years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support a developing roster of emerging Creators across partnerships and career development.
• Help launch Sixteenth’s Creator Incubator Programme with the Talent Director.
• Identify high-potential creators across culture and entertainment for the roster.
